  • Fully Automatic electronics jigger dyeing machine is easy to operate & maintenance free compared with      hydraulic & mechanical driven jigger dyeing machine.
  • Colour screen for indication of all valves, main tank volume in liter, colour tank volume in liter, set
     speed, actual speed, tension & temperature of main tank.
  • Constant tension of the fabric at any speed & batch diameter can be adjustable from 5 to 50 kg.
  • Constant speed of the fabric at any batch diameter can be adjustable from 5 to 125 mtrs./min
  • Automatic temperature control through direct heating and indirect heating.
  • Smooth fabric running due to individual electronic drive of two main rolls.
  • Pendulum facility to avoid unbalancing of batch.
  • Bubbling sensor is used to measure the volume of colour tank.
  • Automatic reversal of the fabric.
  • Linear, progressive and regressive dosing can be achieve using PLC. We can provide facility to make our      own graphics for dosing.
  • Closed construction of the machine prevents the heat loss.
  • Roof heating prevents condensation.
  • Pneumatic door opening on the both sides of the machine ensures smooth opening & closing
     of the door.
  • Circulation & spray system through centrifugal S.S. pump ensures trouble free dyeing.
